Chin House is a 27-storey, fully serviced residence ranging from studio and 1-2 bedrooms to Penthouse. A number of only 172 units is fully equipped with high standard facilities designed in the Contemporary Style and a full range of 5-star services to ensure your truly comfort and convenience. A unique stylish of the interior is combined with the teak wood and color scheme blending together in a harmony.

The residence has a total of 172 rooms :

Studio rooms are 28 sqm and are equipped with standard facilities such as CD players, safety box and double glass windows for noise reduction.

The One Bedroom Suites are about 54 sqm and has an open kitchen fully equipped with utensils, microwave oven and hot plate stove. There is a separate living area with a 4 seater dining table and bathroom is separated from the master bedroom. There is no TV in the bedroom.

The Two Bedroom Suites (Standard) are about 85 sqm and has the same living, dining and kitchen layout as the One Bedroom Suites. The two bedrooms are located next to each other and the master bedroom has its own bathroom and no TV. The second bathroom in the living area comes with a shower stall.

For the Two Bedroom (Deluxe) the master bedroom has a TV and the second room is located at the other end of the living room. The bedrooms are larger while the living area is smaller compared to the Two Bedroom (Standard).

As residence guests can enjoy daily maid service, laundry service or in house launderette and 24 hours room service. The restaurant has a nice bright and airy covered veranda area and serves mainly Thai dishes.

Other facilities include small swimming pool, jacuzzi, squash courts and fitness center. Business and meeting room facilities are also available.
